REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Goods sold are non-returnable.  However, if you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you can request a replacement at no additional cost.  Please ensure that you comply with the followings:

(1)   Submit a claim within 14 days after receiving the product by emailing to: Customer_Service@PaulTheOctopus.com.

(2)   In your email, please include a detailed description and photos of the issue. 

(3)   Please read the following points carefully:

Attention 1:

Please note that PaulTheOctopus.com's return policy covers replacements for damaged or mislabeled products but does not extend to buyer's remorse or size exchanges. If a customer orders the wrong size or changes their mind, PaulTheOctopus.com does not offer refunds or exchanges in such cases.

Attention 2:

We reserve the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or deny the replacement to customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive history of return requests.
  • An irregular or excessive history of return requests involving items that are worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing; or
  • Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Attention 3:

The replacement process may take 4 to 8 weeks or longer, as it includes an investigation before shipping the replacement to our customers. We appreciate your patience.
